Kajal parrot

It is understood that the leading actors Vijay and Surya films are getting delayed due to Kajal Agarwal dates. Kajal Agarwal is now struggling to become number one actress in Tamil film industry.

In Tamil, she is pairing with Vijay in Thuppakki and with Surya in Maatran. She is also acting in one Hindi film and two Telugu films which have popular actors in the lead role. She is shuttling between Tamil Nadu, Hyderabad and Mumbai.

Two more songs featuring Vijay and Kajal Agarwal are to be shot for the film Thuppakki. Similarly one more song in Maatran featuring Surya and Kajal Agarwal are remaining to be shot. Kajal Agarwal had given dates earlier but the directors have not used it properly.
Now they have requested fresh dates from her. Kajal has already allocated the dates requested by the directors for other films and because of this, the shooting of Thuppakki and Maatran are stalled.

The release of these films could also be delayed. Director Murugadoss has announced that Thuppakki will hit the screens on Deepavali day but Maatran release dates can be announced only after getting Kajal’s dates. Only the parrot astrologer can predict when Kajal parrot will come to Tamil Nadu.

A small chat with Arya

Arya is currently acting in various Tamil films including Erandam Ulagam and Settai.
In a small chat with him:

Selvaraghavan making is of a different genre. Will it suit you?

Why not? How long will I continue to be like this? That is why I have chosen this. I have never paved my path. All this happened because of my first film director Jeeva. After completing my computer education, I was supposed to go to America but director Jeeva caught hold of me and asked me to act in Ullam Ketkumae. He said, "Do this film well and you will like cinema." I never knew anything. I did what he said. After this I got very much interested in cinema as mentioned by him. Instead of going to America, I became a full time actor. I feel that I should act in good films. Erandam Ulagam will be definitely such a one. I am confident that I will be going to next level after this film. I like the way Selvaraghavan makes this film. I have gained lots of experience. I am fully satisfied with him and his film. This film will be new to Tamil cinema.

At the same time you are acting in Settai. This will give you a different colour. Isn’t it?
Sure. That is a different colour. Our only aim is to make the audience laugh. We cannot bring the exact Hindi Delhi Belly to our place. We have reduced the pungency in it. At the same it is a bold story. The combination of director Kannan, Santhanam and Premgi is a new team. This is also a good experience for me.

You are sharing the screen with Ajith. Why this new trend?

I like Ajith very much. He will speak a lot when I meet him. He will speak also about my films. There will be genuineness in him. Every word he speaks will show the interest he has on us. Ajith is a role model for our kind of actors. There are days when I use to think, that if I go cinema I should be like Ajith. I was very much surprised on seeing Ajith sharing with small actors in the film Mankatha. I saw the film Mankatha with great eagerness. One day while director Vishnuvardhan was speaking with me, he said, "Arya, we will all rock together." Now this has happened. I am waiting for Ajith now.

Shruthi Haasan says that she will not dance for Kuthu songs

Shruthi Haasan said that she will not dance for item number called Kuthu songs.

She while speaking said, "Many are asking me about the flop Hindi film Luck in which I debuted as a heroine.

I know that the film did not do well at the box office but when the film was released in the theatres, no one walked half way through the film.

This film did not do well at the box office because of my fate but I was not upset because of this. The cinema doors were always opened to me because I happen to be the daughter of a big star.
I got that rare opportunity. Though I am getting lots of offers, I am selecting the good ones and acting in it. I will ask my father only his opinion. I will not force him to get offers for me at any point of time.

He has also not forced me to act in any films. Many are asking me that whether I will dance for a Kuthu song. I like dancing but I will not dance for a single song and especially for a Kuthu song."

Ramya says that she wants to don vamp roles

Ramya donned an important role in the film Thadaiyara Thaakka which had Arun Vijay in the lead role.

Now she is pairing with Seeman in the film Kandupidi Kandupidi. She is also acting in a film directed by Balu Mahendra.

Ramya says that she is interested to don vamp roles. She while speaking about this said, "There is lots of competition to act as a heroine.

Even if we get a opportunity for the heroine role, we should have the luck to retain it. As far as I am concerned I can show my talents in character roles. I came to TV from modelling field.
I acted in the TV serial titled Idhu Oru Kadhal Kadhai. Appreciations were heaped on me. After this I donned the mother’s role of childhood hero in the film Mandhira Punnagai directed by Karu Palaniappan.

After this I got lots of offers. Many enjoyed the sequence where I meet the villain in the cattle shed in the film Thadaiyara Thaakka. Kandupidi Kandupidi is a suspense thriller film. I will rock if I am given a vamp role."
