STR denies Nayan's casting??

Ever since Nayantara decided to revive her career, there are widespread speculation that she might team up with STR in Vada Chennai or Love Anthem. It looks like there is a huge demand to bring back Nayantara and STR on screen. They have earlier worked together in Vallavan but after that the actress decided not to work with STR again.

But now the actress has denied all such reports as baseless and has confirmed that the Vada Chennai team has not approached Nayan for any such roles. On the other hand Nayan has already started shooting for Gopichand's debut Kollywood flick.

Anushka not in Dirty Picture remake

Reigning Tamil-Telugu actress Anushka Shetty has denied reports claiming that she would star in the Tamil and Telugu remake of The Dirty Picture, which bagged three National Awards including the Best Actress award (Vidya Balan), besides other accolades.

The actress' spokesperson said: "She is not doing the south remake of The Dirty Picture. As far as Kollywood goes, Anushka is currently busy shooting for Selvaraghavan's Irandam Ulagam with Arya, Suraaj's Aex Pandian with Karthi and Vijay's Thaandavam with Vikram. She will start work on Singam 2 with Suriya by October. She has not signed up any other projects in Tamil as of now."

Kajal Agarwal has no time for marriage

Kajal Aggarwal, the queen of Tollywood had a dream run in 2011, with blockbuster releases in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu in 2011. This pretty lass is currently busy with big projects in Tamil and Telugu. And like in the case most of her contempraries, the rumours about her marriage has started doing the rounds in the media. But interestingly the actress has no time for marriage. When asked about her marriage plans, she said, "Where is the time, dude? I wish I had dates, I would have definitely tied the knot."

Kajal is currently busy with K.V. Anand's Maatraan opposite Suriya, Murugadoss' Thuppakki opposite Vijay and Sreenu Vaitla's untitled project.

Sneha-Prasanna to tie the knot on May 11?

By now we all know that Prasanna is all set to marry 'smile queen' Sneha soon. The duo acted together for the first time in Arun Vaidyanathan's Acchamundu Acchamundu. They apparently hit it off well during the making of the movie and ever since rumours have been rife that they are a couple. Though neither Sneha nor Prasanna ever confirmed the news, Prasanna recently made an official announcement through his PR machinery that he is indeed going to tie the knot with Sneha. The families of the couple have given their consent to this union.

Now the latest buzz is that the couple will tie the knot on May 11, 2012 at Sri Varu Venkateshwara Kalyana Mandapam in Chennai.

Vasanth, Yuvan and Neha Bhasin to team up again

Composer Yuvanshankar Raja and Singer Neha Bhasin produced a magical number 'Pesugiren pesugiren' in the movieSatham Podathey, directed by Vasanth. Now the trio are coming together again!

Yuvan and Neha have produced a lot of hit tracks in Tamil cinema. Since 'Pesugiren', the duo have worked together in many songs out of which 'Sei' from Billa and 'Om Shanthi Om' from Muththirai are big hits.

Director Vasanth is bringing back Neha and Yuvan again for his next movie, Moondru Paer Moondru Kadhal. Sources claim that Neha Bhasin will sing a female solo number and the song is expected to be a massive hit like 'Pesugiren'.
 

Ajith recommends Surya

Following the mind-blowing success of Ajith's 50th movie,Mankatha, director Venkat Prabhu wanted to work with Ajith in another film, and also narrated a one-liner to him. However, Ajith had committed himself to Billa 2, and could not allocate dates for the movie. Sources state that after hearing the script, Ajith felt that it would suit Suriya better than him, and recommended him to Venkat Prabhu. Venkat Prabhu contacted Suriya and narrated the script to him, and Suriya also liked the script and gave the nod for the movie. Venkat Prabhu is said to be fine tuning the script, and is expected to begin shooting for the movie, as soon as Suriya completes Maattraan, which is expected to hit screens soon!

Nani to marry this year

If the reports are to be believed, upcoming Tamil-Telugu hero and one of the most eligible bachelors in the South, Nani will tie the wedding knot this year. He is reportedly dating an engineering student from Vishakapatnam and has decided to take his relationship to the next level.

Both families have given their nods for the wedding and it is likely to take place in Telugu style in November or December 2012, it is heard. Sources said that the couple are in love for the last five years.
