Veteran filmmaker Bharathiraja has confirmed that actor-director Ameer is no more part of his much expected comeback venture Annakodiyum Kodiveeranum. Following this, rumour mills have it that Bharathiraja's son Manoj would do the role.
Says Bharathiraja, who is considered a legend thanks to his trend-setting movies, 'The script of Annakodiyum Kodiveeranum underwent some changes. So I am unable to accomodate Ameer in it. I will soon do a film with him.'

'Following this, Bharathiraja has decided to show the door to Ameer and instead to have his son Manoj, who has acted in a few films, to play the role in Annakodiyum Kodiveeranum,' sources further say.
