Cheran is reportedly planning to make a film on music plagiarism in the film industry. The film is likely to be an on screen adaptation of Neon Nagaram, a musical novel made by Paadhai, a city-based band. It is said that the actor-director was highly impressed with the concept of Neo Nagaram and decided to make it into a full length feature film. The film is currently in its scripting stage and will go on floors in two or three months.
