Hansika sans smile

How would it be if Hansika Motwani sport a serious look throughout a film? Precisely that's what happening as far as Vetti Mannan is concerned. Since she is playing a dreaded gangster, she has to wear a serious expression all through.

Says the bubbly actress, 'This is for the first time I am doing such a role. I have been asked not to smile anywhere in Vettai Mannan. But it is a differenct role and I enjoy doing it.'

With STR and Jai playing the lead roles, Vettai Mannan directed by newcomer Nelson is being produced by S S Chakravarthy of NIC Arts. Some portions of the movie will soon be shot in a foreign country.

Besides this film, Hansika has signed Singam-2 with Suriya. In the meantime, she is expecting the release of Oru Kal Oru Kannadi directed by Rajesh M, which is the debut heroic venture of producer Udhayanidhi Stalin.
