Rajini reveals Kochadaiyaan secrets

'For me every film is like the first picture. I am very choosy with the director and producer. And I am happy with my forthcoming film Kochadaiyaan, directed by my younger daughter Soundarya Ashwin,' Superstar Rajinikanth said.

He was speaking to reporters at the Bentley Hotel in London, where he was shooting for Kochadaiyaan. 'Kochadaiyaan is a fantasy film. It will attract not only children but everyone. It will be of international standards and the film will be ready by Diwali November 13 this year,' Rajini said.

''Kochadaiyaan' is something new and it will not disappoint people,' said Rajinikanth, adding that it will be dubbed in Japanese as well. 'It is a challenging task to shoot for the film since it is being made using performance capturing technology.'

Describing Kochadaiyaan as a tribute to her father, Soundarya said, 'the technology allows us to do so much more creatively than what live action films can push. It's different from visual effects where you shoot live and composite it with a CG background, but in this film everything is going to be created in the studio. This is going to be something spectacular visually.'
