Anushka, by joining hands with ace Telugu director Rajamouli's wife Rama and others, acquired a piece of land in Madhurawada from persons with fake documents.
When the case came up on Thursday, it was postponed for further hearing by the court on April 16. Earlier, the court issued summons to Anushka, but the actress approached the High Court and managed to get an order barring her from personal appearance.
On the acting front, Anushka is currently busy with Alex Pandian with Karthi Sivakumar and Thaandavam with Vikram. She is expected to share the screen space with Ajith in a film to be directed by Siruthai fame Siva.
